SYMPTOM(s):
Trying to configure WebClient
Error 404: Server unreachable is displayed on Web page
A Firewall is between the client and the Web server
Client unable to connect to the Web server
CAUSE:
The Firewall is not configured properly. The key here is "server unreachable". This is stating that the client cannot connect to the Web server. When there is a Firewall between the client and the Web server, it will need to be configured so that clients can have access to the Web server.
FIX:
Contact your network or Web server administrator to resolve the problem.
