Error 9951 running reports in Fathom
CAUSE:
Missing product with Client Networking capabilities. The reports are generated by the _progress process which needs to connect to the trending database via client server.
FIX:
Add a product that have client networking capabilities. The products that come with client network capabilities are: Client Networking, 4GL development and ProVISION. It is required to have one of these products in progress.cfg file where Fathom is installed.

Incorrect Progress License (for report)
In order to run reports in Fathom, client networking is needed.
