Error linking shlwapi.dll
CAUSE:
The Shlwapi.dll is missing from the WINNT\SYSTEM32 folder
FIX:
Install a required version of Microsoft Internet Explorer for the Progress install. This will load the required dll. IE 5.0 and higher is recommended.
