At this time, July 2002, Progress supports the connection to an Oracle 9 RDBMS/Instance through the use of Oracle 8i client libraries. Progress also supports and is certified against the Oracle 8i client libraries. Progress Development is currently working with Oracle to test and certify Oracle 9i client libraries, as these Oracle libraries are not yet available for all Progress platforms.
