Error 4406 when trying to connect to a remote schema holder through DataServer
This client is not licensed for remote connections. (4406)
CAUSE:
The bit that allows remote connection capability (-H, -S, -N) is the CLIENT-BIT.
Progress Oracle DataServer doesn't have this bit. Dataserver license only allows for local connectivity to schema holder via the STAND-ALONE_DB
FIX:
Install a license that has the CLIENT-NET bit such as: client networking, 4GL Development, Provision, Provision plus, etc.
