CHANGE:
This error can be seen when you move an SmartObject application from version 8 to version 9 using the SmartObject Upgrade Utility in Protools.
FIX:
The solution for this problem is to rebuild the window where this problem occurs, because Progress does not guarantee that converted code will work as it did in Progress Version 8.
