FIX:
Check that the three actual OCX files are on your local system:
- CSSPIN32.OCX
- CSCOMB32.OCX
- PSTIMER.OCX
and register the files:
regsvr32.exe c:\dlc\bin\prox.dll
regsvr32.exe c:\WinNT\system32\CSSPIN32.OCX
regsvr32.exe c:\WinNT\system32\CSCOMB32.OCX
regsvr32.exe c:\WinNT\system32\PSTIMER.OCX
