Error occurs when shutting down the database server
CHANGE:
Applied patch/service pack to a database that was still up and running
CAUSE:
Since the database had not been stopped when applying the patch, the _mprosrv executable could not be replaced, however the _mprshut executable did get replaced. Therefore the database has been started with version 9056 in memory, whereas it is stopped with version 9060.
FIX:
Stop the database and re-apply the patch.
