You have not supplied a parameter for argument <ARG>. (1403)
You have not supplied a parameter for argument -s. (1403)
CAUSE:
The Dynamics parameter -baseADE is not implemented in the 9.1C base product, but rather in a 9.1C patch. If you use the -baseADE startup parameter, Progress 9.1C will not recognize it and will send error 1403.
FIX:
Patch the Progress installation to 9.1C08 or later.
