SYMPTOM(s):
Not all tables are visible in Data Dictionary.
The tables are not marked as being hidden.
A dump of the definition file (.df) shows all tables.
CAUSE:
This happens due to the permissions set on the tables, specifically the Can-Read permission.
FIX:
Contact your database administrator so that they can verify the permissions and make the appropriate changes in "Data Administration -> Edit Data Security".
