Help String check box in Data Fields Defaults returns reverse behavior
CAUSE:
When a widget is defined as a database field and its property sheet settings have the "LIKE <Database Field>" option turned on then the "Help String" option works in the opposite manner from what would be expected. If the option is checked then the help does not work.
FIX:
Uncheck the check box if the help string needs to be displayed
