Provision Plus license

CAUSE:
A Provision Plus license allows only "local" remote connections to the Database. This means that Provision only allows remote connections for testing purposes (to test the TCP/IP connection). These connections have to be local on same machine where the Database is running. A Provision license doesn't allow connections to the Database from other remote machines.
FIX:
Use -H Localhost when connecting to the Database as a remote client.
