How to disconnect a SQL-92 user

FIX:
It is possible to disconnect a SQL-92 user with proshut option 1.
1) Run: proshut <dbname>
This will give a list of users connected to the database.
Note the ID number the SQL-92 client is connected with.
2) Choose option 1 - disconnect a user
Type in the ID number you noted. Confirm with the ENTER key.
