Installed a patch on 9.1C.

BUG# 20020507-020
CAUSE:
This is a known issue, caused by a bug in the following patches:
9.1C13 - for HP-UX 11 (32 and 64-bit)
9.1C16 - for IBM AIX
9.1C16 - for Sun Solaris
9.1C22 - for Win32 platforms
FIX:
Install one of the following patches (if available) or upgrade to 9.1D.
9.1C15 for HP-UX (32 and 64-bit)
9.1C15 for Compaq Tru64
9.1C17 for AIX
9.1C17 for UNIX V.4
9.1C18 for Sun Solaris
9.1C23 for Win32
