Compiling code against a database
Using the -RO parameter ( Read-only Media ) to connect to the database
SYSTEM ERROR: Schema cache key, xref, or key field count incorrect. (996)
CAUSE:
Compilation is a developer's task and thus requires full access when compiling against a database.
FIX:
Make sure that the -RO parameter is not specified when compiling against a database.
