GOAL:
Why might MERANT 3.7 have older files than MERANT 3.6?
FIX:
The MERANT 3.6 driver is shipped by Progress. Thus, every new update included in a Progress patch or a new release is applied to the Version 3.6 driver. Progress does not apply these updates to the Version 3.7 driver which is shipped by MERANT.
