Unable to translate the menu system
CAUSE:
This is a known issue.
FIX:
To translate a menu system in Dynamics 1.1A, you must define a new menu structure in the new language, and then set up different menu controllers to hold the new menus.
Menu system translation is scheduled to be available beginning with Dynamics Version 2.0.
