Using NetSetup
CAUSE:
This error message can stem from a variety of network problems, and as such, is beyond the scope of Progress Technical Support. A Network Engineer should determine the source of the network problem.
The error can also be due to hard disk or other hardware problems.
FIX:
Network problem -- to avoid the network problem, copy the promsgs file located in the %DLC% folder from the main installation machine to the local machine. Define the PROMSGS environment variable and point this to the local copy of the promsgs file.
Hardware problem -- check if there is sufficient space left on the hard disk. A scan of the disk drive is also recommended.
