java.net.BindException: Address in use: JVM_Bind
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketBind(nativeMethod)
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.bind(PlainSocketImpl.java:397)
CAUSE:
The port designated for the AdminServer is already in use.
FIX:
1) Shut down the other process / application that is using the port designated to AdminServer.
2) Verify that the port has been released. You can use the netstat command for this purpose.
3) Start AdminServer.
note: To verify what application is using the AdminServer designated port, you can use one of several third party applications such as, fport or aports.
