SYMPTOM(s):
Loading the data after migration showed no problems.
Performing an index rebuild causes error 1127.
Fix RECID <recid>, <file-name> already exists with <field value>. (1127)
CHANGE:
Migration from previous Progress version
CAUSE:
The bulkload was aborted and restarted without reinstalling the database, causing duplicate records to be entered.
FIX:
1) Clear the affected tables (based on the errors in the db log).
2) Reload the .df and .d for the affected tables.
