Super Procedure does not run from dynamic launcher
Running an object controller with a super procedure attached
Super procedure fails to run if the controller is run from the dynamic launcher
Super procedure fails to run if the controller is run from the xml startup with the controller as the starting procedure
CAUSE:
bug# 20020426-013
FIX:
Fixed in v2.0a
Workaround for v1.1a:
Have the session start a procedure that launches the dynamic container rather than having the session startup launch the dynamic container.
