Patch 6.2N07 for VAX VMS - Description and Requirements
PROGRESS Patch 6.2N07 on VAX/VMS
================================
The current commercial release of PROGRESS for VAX/VMS is
6.2N03. (as of 08/01/94)
There is a new PROGRESS VAX/VMS patch 6.2N07. This patch
addresses a problem associated with shutting down the
PROGRESS server "Unconditionally".
Here is an example of output found in a .lg file.
11:46:44 SRV 0: Waiting for user 142 (pid 0x0202874B5) wait
code 0
For Sites running 6.2N05, they can apply 6.2N07, if they are
experiencing problems shutting down SERVERS.
The 6.2N07 PROGRESS Patch also contains the solutions
included in patch 6.2N05 along with the solution identified
above. This means that sites now running 6.2N03 can
directly apply patch 6.2N07, without having to first install
6.2N05.
