User prefers to download Crystal Reports "Report Distribution Expert" add-i
CAUSE:
There is a conflict between the p2sodbc.dll used in Crystal Reports 7 and Crystal Reports 8.
FIX:
Use the "Report Distribution Expert" add-in for Crystal Reports 8.
For Crystal Reports 8 this add-in is only available as a download from Crystal Decisions Support web site at:
http://support.crystaldecisions.com
In the "Download Files and Updates" area, search for CR8_Distr_Expert.exe
