conversion: mkschema failure, error code = .\n (7298)
PROUTIL CONV89 utility is being used.
There is sufficient permissions to execute mkschema
There is sufficient memory to execute the mkschema process.
CAUSE:
The mkschema process is unable to be fork/exec'd properly from the proutil/conv89 process. In this case Mkschema executable is corrupted.
FIX:
Obtain a new mkschema executable.
