SYMPTOM(s):
SYSTEM ERROR: Attempt to define too many indexes. (40)
CAUSE:
The Quota assigned to a user is preventing access to the necessary disk space.
FIX:
Increase the Quota restriction for a given user. Use the "quota -v" command for most UNIX systems.
