STGET errors under Tower O/S level 5.3.1.01
900522-HJB01Version 5.2G of Progress is not compatible with version
5.3.1.01 of the Tower Operating System. Our port was done to
to version 5.3.01 of the operating system.
If a customer upgrades to this o/s level, it's likely they
will experience "STGET OUT OF STORAGE" errors while dumping
and loading files or when doing something as simple as a
FOR EACH CUSTOMER: DISPLAY Customer or Dumping and Loading files
from the Data Dictionary. To get around this problem, be sure that
the user has the kernal parameters MAXUMEM and MAXMEM set to 4096.
All 5.3 Tower and equivalent Unisys releases require this to run
Progress.
