How to Troubleshoot, Euro Symbol (·) Displayed but does not Print.
FIX:
Problems printing the EURO symbol
If the EURO symbol displays on the screen but does not print, you can check the following:
- Check if other applications can print the EURO symbol.
- Check if the problem occurs with all printers.
- Use -Wa -wpp startup parameter to see if that makes a difference.
- Update to the latest version of the printer driver (HP printers for
instance need to have the EURO Font DIMM to be able to print the
EURO symbol).
- Change your printer setting to "print fonts as graphics" or "send
TrueType as Bitmaps".
