How to set up neighboring NameServers.
FIX:
Assuming that NS1 exists, use the following steps for set up from within the Progress Explorer:
1) Create NS2.
2) Right click on NS2 and go to properties.
3) In the advanced section you will see NS1 listed as a neighboring NameServer. To select NS1 as the neighbor of NS2 click on NS1 to highlight it and click OK. Without this step it is not a neighbor.
4) To make NS1 no longer a neighbor of NS2, hold down the
control key, click on NS1 and click OK.
