CHANGE:
Customer upgraded from IIS 4.0 to IIS 5.0
CAUSE:
The default value for the CGI timeout in IIS 4.0 has decreased from 15 minutes (900 seconds) to 5 minutes (300 seconds) in IIS 5.0. On average, the user will not be aware of Microsoft change, thus CGI availability may impact application.
FIX:
Increase the CGI-timeout within WebServer IIS 5.0
