S/E 4399 License expired on client with RESULTS Query/Report
Customer is seeing error 4399,
The license for the client executable has expired.
This is appearing on Version 7 licenses with RESULTS (either 4GL with
RESULTS or Query/Report).
To circumvent the problem, the customer can start the client session
using -rq startup option (Run Query Client).

This can occur if there were different clients installed on a product.
