Disconnected because of PROGRESS client/server version mismatch. (642)
CAUSE:
Clients are able to connect to database servers using client/server within the same Major release and 1 Major release prior.
FIX:
Please see Progress Solution P132 for further details regarding connectivity between client and server of different versions.
