SYMPTOM(s):
Progress 8.2 & higher client connecting via SQL*NET to Oracle
Client getting error 2011, "Could not load Oracle library <library-name>. DataServer not started. (2011)"
CHANGE:
DLL environment variable, DSORADLL, was introduced, thus bypassing the DLL internal list.
CAUSE:
Progress can not find DSORADLL environment variable.
FIX:
Set DSORADLL variable within SYSTEM environment variables or Progress.ini file.
