Accept timed out
Agents fail to start and the broker dies.
CAUSE:
Not enough available ports for the server processes.
FIX:
Verify the range for:
- svrMaxPort
- svrMinPort
for the server processes. Make sure the range is wide enough and that there are enough available ports for the server processes.
