C-ISAM files MUST be on local, not NFS, drives s/e 125

If you want to use C-ISAM to access files, or if you want to use
PROGRESS to access C-ISAM files, the files have to exist on your
local drive. C-ISAM does not permit opening or creating C-ISAM
files on NFS-mounted devices. The C-ISAM error you'll get if
you do this is #125.
To access C-ISAM files with the C-ISAM gateway, you MUST store
the files on a disk volume local to the machine running the
gateway executable.
