SUMMARY:
This solution applies to SonicMQ, SonicMQ Bridges, and SonicXQ.
It explains how to find the serial number from an installation of
each of these products.
When reporting any issue to Technical Support, you should always
include the serial number for the product and version to which the
issue pertains.
SOLUTION:
The serial number appears in the SonicMQ broker?s output on startup,
and can also be found in the product.properties file in the
installation directory for SonicMQ versions 3.5 and above, SonicMQ
Bridges, and SonicXQ.
