Kbase 22102: WebClient Application Installation Fails on IE 5.50

SUMMARY:
Internet Explorer 6.0 and Netscape are successful in installing the WebClient application, however, user might have difficulty installing a WebClient application on Internet Explorer (IE) 5.50. The problem is a configuration issue in (IE) 5.50.
SOLUTION:
If you are experiencing a problem installing a WebClient application using Internet Explorer (IE) 5.50, you need to validate that security has been added for the offending URL in the Trusted sites web content zone.
Process for adding a URL to Trusted sites web content zone:
1) Access Internet Explorer
2) Select Tools -> Internet Options...
3) Select Security Tab
4) Select Trusted sites - then press on Sites button
If you do not see the URL listed in the section labeled Web sites:
then add it to this zone in the box provided. Press OK and
attempt installation again.
