SUMMARY:
When using the MERANT 3.7 ODBC driver (SQL-89) with a third-party
application such as Access, the following error may result:
"[MERANT][ODBC Progress driver]You are not licensed to use this
MERANT ODBC driver under the license you have purchased. If you
wish to purchase a license for use with this application, then you
may use this driver for a period of 30 days, during which time you
are required to obtain this license..."
Uninstalling and reinstalling the ODBC driver does not resolve the
error message.
EXPLANATION:
There is possibly an issue with your IPE Key # supplied with the DataDirect Drivers.
