Progress support for DG-UX

The technical issues have been resolved with V6.3 and V7. DG is
making on OS patch available to correct the problem. If you have
customers interested in using DG/UX 5.4.3 they must contact DG and
request maintenance update MU02. We will not be supporting DG/UX 5.4.
3 with PROGRESS V6.2. Customers withing to use DG/UX 5.4.3 must
update to V6.3.
