Kbase 21866: Path to Object API incorrect when creating Dyn Browser

SUMMARY:
Creating Dynamics Browsers from the AppBuilder gives errors as the path to the Repository Store Object API is incorrect.
Note that:
-ryreposobp.p is present in the ->ry/app
-The browser still seems to work fine
EXPLANATION:
These errors are encountered on saving a new dynamic browser from its property sheet:
1)**"ry/obj2/ryreposobp.p" was not found (293)
2)Could not run procedure in PLIP specified. The procedure in PLIP 'ry/obj2/ryreposobp.p' could not be run
3)FUNCTION function given invalid or Unknown context to run IN (5705)
SOLUTION:
The Object Generator can be used to create Dynamics Browsers.
Browsers can still be created and saved after okaying the errors on initial save.
