SUMMARY:
If the 'Use SDO Fields' toggle is not checked (default), or you haven't selected any entity import records for the table, then the Object Generator will not generate DynBrow and DynView.
EXPLANATION:
This situation can occur when: a) you did not do a full entity import of your database; or b) you did not check the 'Use SDO Fields' toggle box for generating Dynamic Browsers or Viewers.
SOLUTION:
Manually check the 'Use SDO Fields' toggle box, or do an entity import first for the tables used.
