SUMMARY:
This Solution shows you how to avoid the ORACLE error:
ORA-00904: invalid column name
when accessing a Progress table from ORACLE through a database link.
This error only occurs with lowercase fields. However from any ODBC tool, the same query does not generate this error message.
EXPLANATION:
By default ORACLE uses uppercase. If you want to respect the case, the field has to be enclosed by double quotes.
