If you have an AppServer running on a UNIX machine that uses Dynamics and you use the development tools to generate an updated copy of the icfconfig.xml file, you need to remember to copy that file over to your UNIX machine and replace the existing copy that is there.
It is a common problem for people to generate the new xml file but to forget that the file needs to be deployed wherever Dynamics is being used.
