Kbase 21773: Application 'name' Is More Recent Than the Requested Version

SUMMARY:
When starting the WebClient application you might encounter this message:
"Your current version of application 'Application Name',X, is
more recent than the requested version,Y.
Unable to run application."
where X and Y are application version numbers.
EXPLANATION:
This can happen if the wrong application's configuration file,
prowcapc, is deployed on the server.
SOLUTION:
Check the timestamp of the deployed prowcapc and make sure
that you have the latest one copied to the deployment server.
Also, check for multiple copies of the configuration file. It might be that a prowcapc, different from the one specified with the browser URL, is used in the Desktop icon and in the Program group.
