SUMMARY:
The HP-UX patch PHSS_22868 described in the Progress Platform and Product Availability Guide updates C++ include files. It is not required for all 9.1C installations.
EXPLANATION:
In the Progress Platform and Product Availability Guide, the following patches are shown as required for Progress 9.1C products on an HP-UX 11 installation:
XSWGR100
PHSS_22543
PHSS_22868
PHSS_22478
The HP patch PHSS_22868 updates C++ include files, which are only used when compiling C++ code. This patch has no effect on Progress users during runtime. The patch is required only if you have C++ code that you intend on compiling and linking into the Progress product via PROBUILD. In that case the patch would be required on the HP-UX 11 system.
