CAUSE:
This is a Microsoft Access bug.
FIX:
Microsoft has fixed this problem by the latest release of Microsoft Data Access Components MDAC 2.7 RTM (2.70.7713.4). You can download MDAC 2.7 RTM (2.70.7713.4) from the following Microsoft Web site:
