Windows 2000 Terminal Server Edition
SYMPTOM(s):
Installing Progress on Terminal Server.
Installation appears to end successfully.
ProControl was not installed.
ProControl does not appear in the control panel.
C:\winnt\system32\proctrl.cpl, error=13
CAUSE:
The Control panel was open during the installation process.
FIX:
1. Close the control panel from the terminal server client connection.
2. Uninstall Progress.
3. Reinstall Progress.
4. Reboot the Terminal Server box and ensure the ProControl icon appears in the control panel.
