FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1C
SYMPTOM(s):
Nothing is displayed when clicking on the log instance in the Progress Explorer.
Windows, excluding Windows 2000.
Progress 9.1C14 patch
CAUSE:
The problem is caused by a missing file from the patch 9.1C14. It is fixed in next patch, 9.1C15 for Windows.
FIX:
Apply Patch 15 or later, but before doing so, unregister the %DLC%\bin\proexptlr.dll file, and register the new one after the patch is applied.
1 Unregister proexptlr.dll, From a command prompt, run :
regsvr32 %DLC%\bin\proexptlr.dll /u, where %DLC% is your Progress installation directory.
2 Apply patch 9.1C15.
3 Register proexptlr.dll, From a command prompt, run :
regsvr32 %DLC%\bin\proexptlr.dll
