37000 LOCK_TIMEOUT is not a recognized SET command.
Errors occurs when attempting to connect to a MS SQL Server 6.5 Database
CAUSE:
The error is seen when using the "Progress 9.1C SQL Server Driver" to connect to a MS SQL Server 6.5 database. This driver is the a MS SQL Server 7 driver and can not be used with MS SQL Server 6.5 database
FIX:
In Progress 9.1C, both "Progress 9.1C SQL Server6 Driver" & "Progress 9.1C SQL Server Driver" drivers are installed with MS SQL Server Enterprise DataServer licenses. Progress ships both drivers. When connecting to SQL server 6, use "Progress 9.1C SQL Server6 Driver".
