Index cursors (-c) documentation unclear
The limit of 1000 cursors (Actually 999) is a
NON SHARED-MENORY limit only.
On shared memory system (UNIX, VMS, OS/2, ..)
there is no limit for the number of cursors (Actaully the
limit is based on how much shared memory can be allocated).
This is the case in v62 as well as v63. In v7 cursors are
not stored in shared memory, therefore they are dynamically
allocated.
