SUMMARY:
When importing certificates using the Certificate Management Tool (CMT) you may receive the following error:
"Unknown alias used for importCertificateChain call"
EXPLANATION:
When creating an alias you must hit ENTER after typing in the name to avoid this error. If you simply type the name in and don't hit ENTER, the cursor will remain in the box but the CMT will still allow you to enter information into the "Import Details" section. Once you click the Import button you will get the error message.
